i had them come out to measure my french doors and several windows. it was during covid when the supply chain was delaying deliveries of material. that being said i was not surprise toreceive a call to let me know there would be oneweek delay on our installation. th installers arrived on time and wired quickly. the shutters are beautiful! I HIGHLY recommend Sun Devil Shutters! From selecting shutters and shades to installation, their staff was thorough, professional and friendly. The whole process took 6 weeks, but it was definitely worth the wait. I had shutters installed in my family room and in the sitting area of my bedroom, and I absolutely love it!

Mario and Joe did a fantastic job with our shutters. They came home for initial consultation, gave good suggestions and helped us choose our shutters. Then as they promised they delivered the shutters on the date we wanted the installation done, even though we had given short notice. The installation work is perfect, smooth and quick. They are amazing people to work with, very courteous, polite and friendly. Very nice people. Overall it is one of the best experiences we have had working with a company. We are very impressed and will definitely work with them again. Thank you Sun Devil Shutters!

We had two shutters installed last week. We’re very happy with them. They installers did a great job. They were very neat, clean and professional.
Would definitely use them again if we have the need and would also recommend them to others.

The shutters are beautiful! The cost was very reasonable. The salesman was a great salesman (Mario) and was very professional. However, he measured 6 of the 7 windows incorrectly. This made the install very difficult for the installer. He was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company very well. I contacted the company to inform them of the salesman’s inaccuracies in measurements. The installation took twice the time that it should have. It ended up being a stressful experience. I suggested they make sure their sales team measure correctly. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I wanted to work with a small family owned business. I would give a 5 star if not for the mishaps, it may not be a big deal to others but it did to me. First the salesman was the first to start the chain of events. Asked him to let me know when my check was received and he said, ok. Well I let enough time to pass to think it was delivered. Couldn’t get ahold of him, no return text, no return calls and then finally when I reach him he says he has nothing to do with when the check arrives. Well then why didn’t you say that when I asked you instead of ok? I was trying to get an install by a certain date and I felt his lack of effort didn’t help. Then 2nd which I can now understand, (it was frustrating waiting all day), the truck broke down before my install. No other way to get the shutters. Now the install is ready and the company didn’t do the right way for the main window. They made it without the bar in the middle for opening and closing. I asked the guy if he could just leave it and he said they will need it to correct it. Ok up and down with drapes on and off and on. Luckily we didn’t remove the hardware. Now another day wasted. Called the office for an update didn’t hear from the text sent that they would get back with a date of completion. I explained about the inconvenience of not having the shutters and the woman said he could of just left the shutters until the install. Ugh! So now I’m in a situation when they were going to install and my husband would be out of town. Again, the timing was bad. So I said to the woman that we’ve had enough mistakes can they move it up. In the meantime my husband had to reschedule his flight. They moved it by 2 days. I’m glad they did something. I can’t complain about the quality or any issues with installing. The workers were very accommodating and knew their job. But everything else, ugh!
