LIMITED AND UNLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Sun Devil Shutters Thank you for choosing Sun Devil Shutters for your window coverings and interior solutions. We take pride in providing high-quality products backed by industry-leading warranties. Please read the details of your warranty coverage below.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Proof of purchase is required to file any warranty claims.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to edge fraying on fabric-based products.
  • Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product care instructions.
  • Modifications, alterations, or improper installation not performed by Sun Devil Shutters.
  • Damage due to excessive moisture, exposure to extreme temperatures, fire, or acts of nature.
  • Any commercial or rental property use (unless specified otherwise in writing).

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTIES

Plantation Shutters – Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:
  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.
  • Product operation, including tilt mechanisms and magnetics.
  • Installation-related defects.
  • Structural integrity, including warping or cracking.
Exclusions:
  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by Sun Devil Shutters.

Roller Shades, Zebra Shades, and Cellular Shades – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:
  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.
  • Standard product operation, including cordless and cord-tilt mechanisms.
  • Installation-related defects.
  • Motorized units include a 10-year warranty on the motor and lithium battery.
Exclusions:
  • Normal wear and tear, including edge fraying and standard wear from handling.
  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by Sun Devil Shutters.

Barn Doors – Unlimited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage:
  • Discoloration, including yellowing, fading, or greying.
  • Product operation, including floor guides and tracking mechanisms.
  • Installation-related defects.
  • Structural integrity, including warping or cracking.
Exclusions:
  • Any misuse, modifications, or alterations not performed by Sun Devil Shutters.

CLAIM PROCESS

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact Sun Devil Shutters at (602) 345-1930 or sales.sundevilshutters@gmail.com with a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
  2. Provide clear photos of the affected product for evaluation.
  3. If approved, Sun Devil Shutters will determine whether to repair or replace the defective product.
  4. In some cases, replacement parts may be provided instead of full product replacement.
Please allow reasonable processing time for warranty claims.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defects in materials or workmanship. Under no circumstances shall Sun Devil Shutters be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation fees, or loss of use of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Wow this is how shutters are done! I had just done new windows throughout the house and I really wanted to showcase them with some equally gorgeous shutters. I contacted Sun Devil Shutters and our consultant, Robin, came to the house with a host of options for us and even made the recommendation to go fully motorized on 3 of our larger units! A few weeks later when Mario, our installer, came out, he made sure to give me a comprehensive tutorial and that I was hitting the ground running on these babies! Dont DIY your window coverings, contact the pros! They are worth it!

The window treatments that we got from Sun Devil Shutters are perfect, and the service was excellent. The company has a great selection of options, and our sales representative, Mario, was VERY helpful in recommending some good choices for our windows. The company handles the installation, and our installer was fast and efficient. Doing your own installation isnt an option, however, so you do have to include that expense as part of the project. There are likely companies that will provide window treatments for less, but based on the quality of their products and service, Im glad we went with Sun Devil Shutters.
