They even uploaded firmware updates on site—most companies leave that to the homeowner. Pricewise, they were mid-range, but the engineering finesse and after-sale support (five-year parts-and-labor warranty plus a yearly tune-up) justify every dollar. Wow this is how shutters are done! I had just done new windows throughout the house and I really wanted to showcase them with some equally gorgeous shutters. I contacted Sun Devil Shutters and our consultant, Robin, came to the house with a host of options for us and even made the recommendation to go fully motorized on 3 of our larger units! A few weeks later when Mario, our installer, came out, he made sure to give me a comprehensive tutorial and that I was hitting the ground running on these babies!
