I have had my shutters for about five years and called to see about buying some replacement magnets. I figured that sun damage wouldn’t be covered under my warranty. Boy was I wrong! They replaced every magnet free of charge and sent two amazingly helpful, polite young men to do the work! I would use Sun Devil Shutters again in every home I own! Thank you R and M for being so helpful and kind!!

Literally do not listen to a single negative reviews. This company not only beat every. Single. Quote We got by almost half, If not more. But we also had one of the shutters break a few months after installation (My son’s fault). They came two weeks after I called and fixed it within 10 minutes…. FOR FREE Because of their warranty. 10/10 Recommend. Honestly, I can’t recommend enough.

They provided a good product and service at a reasonable price. The time frame from start to finish was as promised. That is what made the whole experience memorable...

After a big misstep (incorrect measurements) and a delay in remaking the shutters, our order was completed, delivered and installed. After a couple conversations, Owner (Jay) relented and gave us a fair discount for the inconvenience. All-in-all, we are happy with the finished product and the shutters look amazing.
