I had Robin come to my house and help me see what would work. We had a call to prepare for what my goals were in the project & that really started us off on the right track. She had great suggestions & I could see the colors with my surroundings. I was going back and forth on a few ideas, so going into the showroom really helped me understand how it would look. I have floor to ceiling windows and the view is important to me. The shutters I chose allow me to have my view even when the shutters are down. The entire process of selecting, ordering, and installing was top notch professional. I felt like a valued client through the entire process. Kenneth did the install and left everything neater than when he arrived- he even washed my windows while he was here. I could not be happier and Sun Devil Shutters is a great company to use.

The window treatments that we got from Sun Devil Shutters are perfect, and the service was excellent. The company has a great selection of options, and our sales representative, Mario, was VERY helpful in recommending some good choices for our windows. The company handles the installation, and our installer was fast and efficient. Doing your own installation isnt an option, however, so you do have to include that expense as part of the project. There are likely companies that will provide window treatments for less, but based on the quality of their products and service, Im glad we went with Sun Devil Shutters.

The shutters are beautiful! The cost was very reasonable. The salesman was a great salesman (Mario) and was very professional. However, he measured 6 of the 7 windows incorrectly. This made the install very difficult for the installer. He was very professional , courteous and knowledgeable. He represented the company very well. I contacted the company to inform them of the salesman’s inaccuracies in measurements. The installation took twice the time that it should have. It ended up being a stressful experience. I suggested they make sure their sales team measure correctly. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I wanted to work with a small family owned business. I would give a 5 star if not for the mishaps, it may not be a big deal to others but it did to me. First the salesman was the first to start the chain of events. Asked him to let me know when my check was received and he said, ok. Well I let enough time to pass to think it was delivered. Couldn’t get ahold of him, no return text, no return calls and then finally when I reach him he says he has nothing to do with when the check arrives. Well then why didn’t you say that when I asked you instead of ok? I was trying to get an install by a certain date and I felt his lack of effort didn’t help. Then 2nd which I can now understand, (it was frustrating waiting all day), the truck broke down before my install. No other way to get the shutters. Now the install is ready and the company didn’t do the right way for the main window. They made it without the bar in the middle for opening and closing. I asked the guy if he could just leave it and he said they will need it to correct it. Ok up and down with drapes on and off and on. Luckily we didn’t remove the hardware. Now another day wasted. Called the office for an update didn’t hear from the text sent that they would get back with a date of completion. I explained about the inconvenience of not having the shutters and the woman said he could of just left the shutters until the install. Ugh! So now I’m in a situation when they were going to install and my husband would be out of town. Again, the timing was bad. So I said to the woman that we’ve had enough mistakes can they move it up. In the meantime my husband had to reschedule his flight. They moved it by 2 days. I’m glad they did something. I can’t complain about the quality or any issues with installing. The workers were very accommodating and knew their job. But everything else, ugh!
